Polishing of large surfaces
With PEP-Jet, we can polish large areas otherwise not possible in electrochemical or plasma electrolytic baths.

Local polishing and geometry preservation

The electrolyte jet enables precise polishing of specific areas. This means that geometries and corners can be preserved.

Inner contours and cavities

With the jet and selective polishing, we reach areas that are not possible with mechanical methods or electropolishing.

Polishing of 3D printed surfaces 

With PEP, we can directly rough surfaces down to <Ra 0.38µm without any precleaning or preprocessing.
